Hand and Foot Canasta is the most popular North American rendition of the online Canasta game. Hand and Foot Canasta resembles other Rummy games but it introduces an interesting twist to the Canasta game - the Hand and the Foot. Hand and Foot Canasta consists of two sets of cards the players are dealt throughout the Canasta game: The first set of card is called the "Hand". This set is played first, and once this set is finished, the players will be dealt the second set of online Canasta cards, the "Foot".
